Privacy

What's public

• Listing title, description, category, public location (city / ZIP), payment amount, and photos are visible to any signed-in user on browse and listing detail.
• Your display name appears on listings you post and offers you send.

What's private

• Exact pickup address, contact phone, and pickup notes stay hidden until the poster accepts an offer. Only the poster and the accepted remover see them.
• Your credit balance, transaction history, and submitted reports are visible only to you (and Gonezo admins for review).
• Pre-acceptance offer details are visible to the offer's remover and the listing's poster only.

Payments

• Card details are processed by Stripe. Gonezo never sees or stores your card number.
• Cash you pay the remover for a pickup is handled directly between you. Gonezo doesn't touch it.

Where data lives

• Profile data, listings, offers, the credit ledger, messages, and reports are stored in Supabase (Postgres + Storage).
• Photos are stored in a Supabase Storage bucket.
• Stripe handles payment-related data per its own privacy policy.

Reports and safety

If you submit a report, the report content and your account ID are visible to Gonezo admins for review. See Safety for when to file one.
