Terms of Service
A plain-English summary.
Gonezo connects posters (people with items they want removed) and removers (people willing to pick those items up). By using the app, you agree to the points below.
What Gonezo does
- Lets posters list items and removers send offers.
- Holds app credits while offers are pending.
- Provides a place to coordinate after an offer is accepted.
What Gonezo does not do
- We do not handle the cash payment between poster and remover. That happens directly between the two of you, outside the app.
- We do not guarantee that any pickup will happen as promised.
- We do not verify the condition or safety of items posted.
Your responsibilities
- Post truthful descriptions and photos.
- Follow the item policy. See Safety for what's allowed, what may need special handling, and what's prohibited.
- Use lawful disposal, recycling, or facility drop-off where it applies. Don't illegally dump items.
- Coordinate respectfully and meet safely.
- Treat the other party with basic decency.
Credits
Credits are app access tokens — they let removers send offers. They are not cash and have no cash value outside the app. See the Credit Policy.
Removal of listings or accounts
Gonezo may remove listings or suspend accounts for unsafe, dishonest, or prohibited behavior. We may also act on user reports.
